As an adult I've had the opportunity to realize my dream to become an artist. Having a wonderful husband
and family who have always encouraged me to pursue my dreams. Not having a formal art education I have gained knowledge
from art lessons, art books, workshops and learning from my fellow artists.
We can take all the art lessons, read all the art books and take all the workshops in the world, but what it
really comes down to is hands on PRACTICE and more PRACTICE.
With each new drawing and painting that you create though you mind's eye, you gain knowledge. I can't stress
enough observation and practice is so important if you want to be a good artist.
